Membership is available to all business owners in Beaver, Brighton Twp., Bridgewater and Vanport. Further, a resident membership is available to those that live in Beaver. To join, follow the link to the membership form below to the .pdf. Return the completed form with payment to the chamber by mail to the BACC at 469 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. Make checks payable to “Beaver Area Chamber of Commerce”.
Booth spaces vary depending on the event. Most events have a limited number of booth spaces available. Booth spaces are available on a first come first serve basis to BACC members. Rates of booth spaces vary from event to event and are set by the event committee. If the booth spaces are not filled by BACC members, they maybe made available to outside businesses at a much higher rate. Booth spaces may be awarded to event sponsors (see How do I sponsor an event?). Use the contact form on this site to inquire about booth space at a specific BACC event.
- Chamber Members reserve first right to vendor slots at all Chamber sponsored events
- Chamber Members will receive a reduced rate
- All Non-Chamber members participating as vendors in Chamber sponsored events will pay a booth cost that is no less than half the cost of annual dues
- If there is a grievance with a vendor participating in the event the issue will be brought before the board with all information concerning the grievance. The final decision will be decided by board vote.
Contact the BACC using the form on this site and place “Interested Sponsor” in the subject line of the email and the BACC will send you a sponsorship letter that details sponsorship opportunities. Currently the BACC is looking for sponsors for the “Hot Summer Nights” Car Cruise, Fall Festival, and Light-up Festival.
While both currently call the 15009 zip code home and have shared board members, the Beaver Area Chamber of Commerce is a different non-profit than the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce. The Beaver Area Chamber raises its own money for programs and events and only operates in the Beaver area. Its board members are all volunteer with no remuneration. Memberships are not affiliated between the two, and thus need to be paid separately.
Event booth spaces can vary in size. Most events allow for at least a 10′ x 10′ booth footprint. If electricity is required, please make sure to note it, as locations restrictions and an additional fee may apply. Multiple spaces that adjoin may be available for those that require more space.
Beaver Bucks are a shared gift certificate program. You can use them at any participating BACC member business the same as cash. For a list of member business see the “shop local” link.
We have a Volunteer Committee that handles organizing volunteers for events. Just use the contact us form to send us your information and which events interest you. Include “Volunteer Committee” in the subject line.
We encourage all sponsors to join the BACC, however, non-members are allowed to sponsor an event. Please be advised BACC members are given priority over non-members when it comes to sponsorship opportunities. Sponsoring an event only entitles the business to the benefits outlined in the sponsorship letter. To become a BACC member dues must be paid separately.
The BACC is an all volunteer organization and does not keep regular office hours. Phone messages are checked on a weekly basis. The quickest way to get a response is to use the contact us form on this website, as email is checked more frequently. Some requests/issues/inquiries may require board action, which only meets once a month, and therefore responses may take longer.
The BACC policy on trades of products and services in lieu of direct payment of dues is not allowed.
Dues are due January 1st of each year and are considered delinquent after March 31st. Dues are due in full without penalty even when paid late. Payment plans may be set by board discretion.
Delinquent members will be excluded from Chamber events and marketing materials including all advertising, walking maps, posters or any other type of marketing material the Chamber may use to advertise the business district.
Pro-rated dues are only available to a first time new member. Or a business that has not been a member for more than five years.
If you are a *new resident to the Beaver area and would like to request a “Welcome to Beaver” packet, contact us with your name and address and we’ll get one out to you.
*new resident refers to any new home owner and excludes renters at this time. One packet per household.
Possibly as we are limiting attendance to 1,600. General Admission Tickets are currently available on-line for $25 via EventBrite. Tickets are also available in select retailers: Cirelli’s Fine Jewelry, Hostess Shoppe, Re-Style and Witch Flavor?. Should the event not sell out before hand, tickets will be $30 at the door.
No, for those not participating in the actual wine tastings, attendance is free.
The Beaver Area Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)6 Non-profit organization. Contributions to section 501(c)(6) organizations are not deductible as charitable contributions on the donor’s federal income tax return.
Yes, if you are of legal age and show the appropriate i.d. to the wine sellers, you may purchase wine by the bottle from the wine sellers. Prices are set by the individual sellers and will be available upon request. All sales will be final and the BACC makes no warranty of any goods bought or sold at the event.
As part of the event, wine purchased by the bottle or case will be able to be checked into the Wine Pick-up Tent. Your purchased wine will be transported from the seller’s booth to the Wine Pick-up Tent by volunteers. You will be given a claim ticket at time of purchase and will be able to use the ticket to retrieve your purchases at the Wine Pick-Up Tent.
General Admission (for ages 21+) is $25 in advance or $30 at the gate.
The event is in an open public space, so yes. But, participation in this event is restricted to those 21 and over.
Event hours are from 2:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Guests are encouraged to come early and stay late!(Pre-registration opens at 12:00)

Third St. will be closed between Insurance St. and Beaver St. during the event. The recommendation is to park on side streets or in the Beaver County Courthouse parking lot.
